PATRICK MELROSE (5x60’ Limited Series)
A true television saga, spanning the South of France in the 1960s, New York in the 1980s, and Britain in the early 2000s. PATRICK MELROSE tells the biographical story of the son of an aristocratic family who had a privileged but deeply traumatic upbringing, as he battles through severe substance abuse, childhood demons caused by his cruel father and negligent mother, and ultimately, towards recovery and acceptance. This is his life story from child abuse, to heroin addiction, to adult redemption.
PATRICK MELROSE (5x60’) is the four-time BAFTA award-winning and the five-time Primetime Emmy-nominated drama for Sky Atlantic and Showtime, starring Benedict Cumberbatch in the titular role, alongside Jennifer Jason Leigh and Hugo Weaving.
Adapted from the autobiographical novels by Edward St. Aubyn, it is written by David Nicholls, directed by Edward Berger, and produced by Stephen Smallwood.

PATRICK MELROSE won two BAFTA TV Awards for ‘Best Mini-Series’ and ‘Best Leading Actor’ for Benedict Cumberbatch, and two BAFTA TV Craft Awards in the ‘Writer: Drama’ category for David Nicholls, and in the ‘Production Design’ category for Tom Burton.
